KAPSE Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant Jobs in Pune Indai to design, implement, audit and improve Quality Management Systems in line with international standards such as ISO 9001. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure compliance, process optimization and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing Quality / Process Excellence initiatives, with a focus on Six Sigma and Lean projects.
- Leadership ability to implement Six Sigma projects directed by Master Black Belts (MBB).
- Knowledge of advanced statistical tools like Minitab tool, JMP, etc., for tasks such as DOE, AVOVA, simulation, etc.
- Comfortable with managing and driving complex process changes.
- Design, Develop, Documentation, Implementation and Audit of Quality Management Systems, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Developing Formats
- Knowledge on Customer Specific Requirements and Implementation of the CSR requirements of various OEMs/Tier-1 Customers.
- Assist senior consultants in conducting assessments and audits of client organizations existing quality management systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their quality requirements, objectives, and industry-specific regulations
- Assist in the design and implementation of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Analyse existing processes, procedures, and documentation to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients and senior consultants.
- Valid Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS GB) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB) certificates.
- Good exposure in Lean Six Sigma DMAIC project implementation.
- Good Communication and training Skills.
- Willing to travel across India for project.
