KAPSE Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Management System QMS Consultant to design, implement, audit and improve Quality Management Systems in line with international standards such as ISO 9001. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure compliance, process optimization and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Very through in Quality Management System activities with hands on experience related to QMS Documentation as per requirements of International Standard ISO 9001-QMS / IATF16949-Automotive QMS /AS9100-Aerospace QMS /ISO 22163 -Railway Industry Standard / ISO 27001-Information Security Management System
- Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC
- Preparation and Review of Documents-APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC
- Design, Develop, Documentation, Implementation and Audit of Quality Management Systems, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Developing Formats
- Knowledge on Customer Specific Requirements and Implementation of the CSR requirements of various OEMs/Tier-1 Customers.
- Assist senior consultants in conducting assessments and audits of client organizations existing quality management systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their quality requirements, objectives, and industry-specific regulations
- Assist in the design and implementation of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Analyse existing processes, procedures, and documentation to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients and senior consultants.
- Trained in QMS Standard and Experience in Auditing.
- Good exposure to MS Office, computer applications, and AI tools.
- Good Communication and training Skills.
- Willing to travel across India for project.
